* at 342 PM PST, a trained weather spotter reported heavy rain
causing minor roadway flooding over northern Healdsburg. Highway
patrol reports roadway flooding on Highway 17 near Los Gatos and

Runoff from heavy rainfall will cause rises on small creeks and
streams, localized flooding in urban areas, highways, streets and
underpasses as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

Move away from recently burned areas. Heavy rains may trigger
Rockslides, mudslides and debris flows in steep terrain, especially
in and around these areas.
