	February too warm, March too cold !

In Belgium :
February was characterized by an exceptional excess of the sunshine duration (125h40m - normal : 73 hours) and an abnormal excess of the average temperature.
February 2008
March was characterized by an abnormal excess (quantity and duration) of precipitation (140.5 mm : broken record ! - normal: 53.6 mm) and a extremely abnormal lack of sunshine duration (68h25m - normal : 120 hours).
March 2008
We had spring in winter, but we have our first snow in March !
