Fishermen specially using small seacrafts are advised not to venture out into the northern and eastern seaboards of Luzon and western seaboards of southern Luzon due to big waves generated by Tropical Storm "EMONG".

The public and the disaster coordinating councils concerned are advised to take appropriate actions and watch for the next bulletin to be issued at 11 p.m. today.
