Winter Storm Warning
Statement as of 3:46 AM CST op 01 december 2015

... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 6 PM CST this

* timing... light to moderate snow is expected to continue today.
The snow will end by this evening.

* Snow accumulations... additional snow totals of 2 to 3 inches are

* Wind and visibility... west to northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with
a few gusts to 30 mph. Falling snow will reduce visibility to a
mile or less at times.

* Impacts... snow covered roads will continue to impact travel
because of continuing accumulations. The increasing winds will
cause areas of drifting snow.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow means severe winter weather
conditions are expected or occurring. Significant amounts of
snow will continue and make travel dangerous. Only travel in an
emergency. If you must travel... keep an extra flashlight...
food... and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
