* wind...Friday...southwest 20 to 25 mph in the plains...and 20 to 30 mph in the mountains.

Saturday...southwest winds 20 to 30 mph in the plains...and 30 to 40 mph in the mountains.

* Humidity...5 to 10 percent both days.

* Impacts...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
